RECORDS REQUESTS

The Hoke County Rescue Squad does not transport patients as we do not have an ambulance.  We only provide Rescue and First Responder services.  Ambulance services are commonly called "Rescue Squads" when in fact they are EMS (Emergency Medical Services) units.  In some areas, the Rescue Squads also provide EMS service. In Hoke County, EMS and Rescue are performed by 2 different organizations.  We may have been on the call that you or someone you represent were transported from in our delegated role, but ambulance transportation in Hoke County is performed by the EMS provider contracted by the County of Hoke to provide EMS service.
